Overview：
An innovative high capacity robotic bead fusion system designed to cater to the continuous demands of high production XRF laboratories. successfully produced millions of fused beads.
In summary：
· Tasks are organised by a small industrial robot
· Samples are melted in one of twelve furnaces and poured into special moulds
· Every 60 seconds a bead is delivered for XRF analysis

· 400 fused samples per day throughput
· Small footprint, fully enclosed unit suitable for laboratory standalone
installation or as a module within a larger integrated automated system
· Potentially hazardous operator procedures replaced by automated
processes
· Better quality beads produced by repeatable robotic pouring action
· Able to be loaded with crucibles and left to process unattended:
crucible buffer numbers limited to 20 but more possible with optional
upgraded buffer feed conveyor
· Onboard control system and operator panel with ability to handle, track
and transfer sample data to laboratory information management system
(LIMS)
· System comes fully cabled with motor control cabinet ready to connect
to system mains supply
· All internal air piping ready to connect to dry air system
· Fume extraction ducting and hoods supplied
